Hello There and Thanks for checking out my website!
I am a Compositor, a business owner and a Dad ...but not in that order :)
I originally come from Egypt (land of the Pharaohs, Pyramids and ... traffic) but lived in the U.S. for more than a decade. I speak English (with a pretty heavy accent), Arabic (with a surprisingly heavy accent) and German with the fluency of a toddler.

As a teenager I had to take a decision of what my whole career path should be. Naturally I did what every confused teenager would do, I chose a random one. I started studying Computer Science and on the side I started my career in art as freelance graphic designer/ photographer/ motion graphics artist.

As years went by, I realized my passion is evolving into being an artist so I switched direction to study VFX at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I had the chance to join the wonderful Laika in Oregon and called it home for a long time. I then made the move to Germany where I continued my trade at Pixomondo in Stuttgart then started supervising the fantastic comp team at Nu Boyana FX Portugal remotely.
I'm currently located in California running my own boutique studio called Cannonball VFX after wrapping thoroughly enjoyable experiences at Tippett Studio and Fuse FX.
